Fun Fact: Although 5 years apart, our doctors share the same birthday and same profession!
Dr. Hesam Tehrani
Dr. Hesam Tehrani completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction from the University of Western Ontario. After practicing in Ontario for a few years as a general practitioner, he went on to specialize in the field of Periodontology at the University of Alberta. This 3 year program allowed him to become an expert in diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases as well as advanced surgical techniques. Dr. Hesam maintains both a specialty and general practitioner license with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and is a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).
Dr. Tehrani has had the pleasure of living in London, Pembroke, Barrie, Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer and now Toronto
again. During his free time, Dr. Tehrani enjoys working out at the local gym or dojo practicing karate. He enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel. Feel free to share your travel recommendations with Dr. Hesam.

Dr. Ali Tehrani
Following the footsteps of his older brother, Dr. Ali also studied Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. He was amongst only a few candidates who were granted early acceptance to dental school due to high academic achievements. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Toronto. Dr. Ali received the Joseph Harker Johnson Scholarship award for the most outstanding student in Clinical Oral Surgery and Anesthesia. He was also awarded membership into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honour society. Dr. Ali is currently a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
With an immense passion towards surgery, Dr. Ali was accepted into McGill’s Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Internship program upon completion of his dental degree. A program which accepts only 1 candidate each year. In addition to oral surgical procedures, he also received training in facial trauma including but not limited to facial lacerations and managing complications. Outside dentistry, Dr. Ali enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, playing the piano, and being actively involved in sports such as soccer. He also has an immense passion towards Formula 1 and Go-Karting, so if you’re also a fan be sure to let him know!
